Near-Peer Mentorship Programme – SheSays Amsterdam
I introduced a completely unique programme to SheSays - a three-month mentorship programme built around a "near-peer mentorship model". The premise is simple: you don’t need to be CEO level to be a mentor. Being one step ahead is often enough – and often more relevant for the mentee.
The programme matched 30 mentors and 30 mentees, manually paired based on goals, industry, seniority, and areas of growth. Matches were supported through a structured curriculum including mentor learning circles, masterclasses, and external expert sessions for mentees on topics such as career progression, confidence and financial literacy.
The programme ran fully remotely post-COVID. It established a clear and repeatable blueprint for SheSays Amsterdam.

Ok Mentor – Product Marketing Director
In London, I joined OK Mentor as Product Marketing Director, helping scale one-to-one mentorship for women through a smart matching platform. I worked across product marketing, partnerships, and community communications – supporting the BETA launch of the app, shaping the communications strategy, and helping grow the mentor–mentee ecosystem through events and brand partnerships. Alongside the product work, I supported the planning of our IRL summit; running, recruiting for and moderating a panel for young talent.
