Charlotte Rubesa is a London-based communications strategy director working at the intersection of culture, media, and brand behaviour.
Her work focuses on how attention is shaped – and how brands, platforms, and communities can be designed with more intention, care, and cultural relevance.
Alongside her client work, Charlotte builds independent and community-led projects.
She is the creator and editor of Quiet Media, a print zine launching in 2026, and has built and led mentorship programmes across Amsterdam and London focused on widening access and supporting the next generation of creative talent.
